Bloom and Flow: Dignity Through Every Cycle
Our Bloom and Flow initiative is dedicated to empowering young girls by distributing essential menstrual kits and hygiene products. We conduct workshops focused on menstrual health and girl empowerment in schools, raising awareness and fostering a supportive environment. Through community outreach and school engagement, we strive to create a nurturing space for every girl.
The TPSF Scholarship Award Program
Breaking Barriers. Building Futures.
Too many intelligent and driven girls are held back, not by their abilities, but by financial barriers that make completing secondary school feel out of reach. The TPSF Scholarship Program exists to change that. We support academically gifted girls from underserved communities by providing full scholarships that cover more than just tuition by ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive in school and beyond. By removing these obstacles, we’re not just helping girls stay in school, we’re investing in their future, empowering them to rise, lead, and break the cycle of poverty for generations to come.
Sunrise Mentorship Program

At TPSF, we believe that every girl deserves to see what’s possible. The Sunrise Mentorship program is a one-on-one mentorship initiative that pairs adolescent girls with accomplished women professionals across various industries from healthcare and technology to business, education, and the creative arts.
This program is designed not just to offer career guidance, but to provide something far more powerful: a sense of belonging, the clarity of vision, and the light of hope for a brighter future. Through meaningful relationships and consistent engagement, girls are guided, encouraged, and inspired to dream beyond their limitations and pursue their goals with confidence.
SkillHer Initiative
Learn. Earn. Create. Thrive.
SkillHer is a hands-on empowerment initiative by TPSF designed to help girls and young women gain practical, income-generating skills through creative workshops.
In communities where economic opportunities can be limited, SkillHer provides more than just training. It offers independence, confidence, and the tools to build a future. Participants leave each session equipped with both knowledge and starter materials, so they can immediately begin practicing and earning.
The Pink Horizon: A Breast Cancer Care Collective
